PLAZA DEL TORO hosts a variety of house events open to the public featuring guest chefs, winemakers and once-in-a-lifetime culinary experiences.
Our next house event on October 9th features David Zilber, head of fermentation at 2-Michelin-star Danish restaurant Noma, for a multi-course dinner from Chef Michael Kessler and Tasty n Alder chef Perry Austin inspired by ferments from Zilber’s new cookbook, The Noma Guide to Fermentation.
